CERTIFICATION OF BUILDINGS

The Technical and Test Institute for Construction Prague (TZÚS Praha, s.p.) provides services in the field of certification of buildings, focusing on energy management in buildings with respect to sustainable development. It issues energy labels, certificates and audit reports, and performs thermographic measurement, determination of air permeability of buildings, thermal-technical calculations and other services in the field of energy management of buildings. The “Green Offer” is complemented by certification in the comprehensive quality system for sustainable construction of buildings called SBToolCZ, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), and life cycle assessment of products (LCA).
