DOMAINS OF USE
iBiotec NEUTRALENE ® VG AL1 is a vegetable-based solvent which works quickly on most organic or inorganic pollutants, including pigments and combustion residues.
Excellent lubricant degreaser; however, these tend to disappear since they are mostly of mineral origin. With this, iBiotec offers a full range of products guaranteed to have no hydrocarbon content and which therefore have no mineral oil content.
NEUTRALENE ® VG AL 1 dissolves, degreases and eliminates.
Fats of animal or vegetable origin, triglycerides, fatty acids; NEUTRALENE ® VG AL 1 is active on phospholipids, monoglucerides and diglycerides, unsaponifiables, sterols, tocopherols, pigments and waxes.
Vegetable tars, bitumen of Judea, savings.
Calcination or cooking residues.

The propeller is natural, inert, non-flammable, incombustible, alimentary, pharmaceutical, medical and bacteriostatic. Unlimited availability. BREVET 904 0 1968.4.


Ageing tests carried out at 50°C (in an oven) for a given period. The physical-chemical characteristics of the product are maintained, with 0 degradation and oxydation of the housing, the set, the welding, the valve, the seal and the extension tube. Prolonged usage guarantee. The protocol developed by iBiotec is recognised by the EAF European Aerosol Federation.


Agrosourced solvents and lubricants come from the wood, grain and oilseed sectors. IBiotec guarantees use of saturated raw materials with no compounds which are dangerous to man or to the environment. There are certain solvents described as agrosolvants, green solvents or bio-solvents with properties which are toxic to man and the environment. In particular we guarantee 0 residual methanol content (product of transesterification).

The potential of a gas to destroy the ozone layer in the upper atmosphere. The compounds CFC, HCFC, but also brominated compounds, have a high ODP rating, and are not used by Ibiotec.

The regulation UE 517/2014 dated 16/04/2014 related to fluorinated greenhouse gases (F Gases Directive) will prohibit the use of gas with a PRP factor capable of inducing global warming (i.e. greater than 150), and its release into the atmosphere. This prohibition shall be effective from 1st January 2018 onward.
With this, aerosol propellants or compounds for solvent use (such as HFC 134 a, or HFC 365 Mfc mixed with 227 Ea) will be prohibited. Thus, a PRP rating of 0 signifies a guarantee of total absence of fluorinated greenhouse gas compounds.
