Bottle Orientator
Rotary orientators
The rotary orientator is used for medium-high frequency and can be supplied together with the unscrambler or in stand-alone version. The orientation plates are rotated by pneumatic drives and, when it is necessary to orient a particularly complex container, a brushless motor is installed on each plate.
Belt or plate linear orientators
These two types of orientators are used for low frequency and when the container needs to be oriented by 180°. Both the belt and plate orientators can be provided complete with their table-top conveyor belt, their control electrical panel, or integrated into Lanfranchi unscramblers.
Belt linear orientators with servomotors
To fulfil an increasingly demanding market, we have developed a new linear orientator that is able to reach a production speed of 18,000 bph. The employed technology makes it possible to orient the container by modulating the speed of two opposing belts controlled by two brushless motors. In this way the angle of rotation can have any value between 0 and 360°. Based on the signal received by an opto-electronic sensor that reads the reference on the container, according to which it must be oriented, the Lanfranchi linear belt orientator will rotate the container so that it is in the precise position required for the next operation.
