AURA laser marking system (safety class 1)

Laser marking system with manually or pneumatically opening front door and large loading area, with X/Y/Z axes integrated as standard. Designed for medium to large production runs, AURA is a complete, self-contained, flexible and easy-to-use marking system that can be perfectly suited to simple or bulk production line applications. It is a Class 1 safety device. Large windows on three sides allow the operator to control laser marking activity, but it is also possible to integrate Automator's new SWYMTM (See What You Mark) vision system to control marking activity directly on the PC screen. The standard X, Y, and Z axes are controlled by software, but up to 32 external axes can be configured. AURA can accommodate all Automator laser marking sources: NANOVISIII, belonging to Automator's new aWave product family with self-adjusting frequency; VISII, innovative monobloc laser with YVO4 source in 10, 20, 30 and 40W OEM versions; GREENVISII, innovative green monobloc laser in 3, 5 and 10W versions; FYBRAII, the powerful active fiber laser of 21, 35 and 62, 82 and 100W; MOPAII and MOPA3, lasers designed for "absolute black" marking or for coloring metals. ALPHA CO2, lasers for marking on plastics and organic materials of 10, 25, 50 and 100W. Management software allows the operator to mark anything, even complex logos, serial numbers, and data matrices. AURA, requires a PC, not included by Automator.      Loading area: 900x450 mm
