PackChek™ is an automated packaging inspection system that ensures hot melt glue has been applied in the correct locations. Hot melt sensors can be difficult to retrofit into existing machines but PackChek™ can be installed without space constraints. Using the thermal image, PackChek™ finds the heat signature of each glue bead, verifies its position and displays a user friendly image. It detects missing glue beads, faulty flaps, and weak and misaligned beads

Deliver perfectly manufactured boxes to your customers by inspecting and ensuring the integrity of corrugator scorelines on your sheets using ScoreChek™ Using innovative ShadowChek™ camera technology, ScoreChek automatically images the sheet to highlight the scorelines for analysis. Scoreline position can then be accurately verified in order to determine the blanks are being fed correctly and the scores are within tolerances ScoreChek is part of ClearVision's range of quality assurance systems.

GapChek takes images of the front and back ofeach corrugated box bundle in order to measure the manufacturer’s joint folded gaps. Two cameras are mounted over the conveyor after the counter-ejector of the Flexo-Folder-Gluer. Gap measurements for each box are displayed onthe monitor located near an optional bundle-ejection unit and boxes with gaps outside of tolerance are highlighted on the screen for removal.
