Drum spraying machines from SUMMA Ltd., Šumperk used for degreasing and cleaning mainly after machining, stamping and forming in mass production. Parts ready for degreasing are stored in a wire basket or on a carousel. Drum degreasing machines are also used in degreasing geometrically complex components, surface-structured or hollow. Drum Spray degreasing machines work on the principle of spraying hot degreasing baths from all sides, then running rinsing and drying. Individual parts are inserted into a metal basket which rotates about its vertical axis. Carrousel spraying machine is equipped with filtration of liquid, which is provided by a textile bag filters and belt oil separator that collects oil from degreasing baths.
