FM Series Vico’s FM models are automatic front-fed washing systems, designed for all different sizes of parts. The efficient pumps together with rotating washing nozzles create a clinical design. The part is placed on the platform, and then exposed to the washing liquid through jets in the wash. TM Series Vico’s TM models are an automatic top-loading washing system with a traditional top-loading design. The TM series can be used to wash small, medium and large parts. The part being washed is placed on a mechanically rotating basket that is exposed to the washing liquid through efficient washing nozzles to get the part as clean as possible. Compact dimensions, perfect cleaning Starter-01 is the perfect automatic wash for car workshops with an average of 3-6 spray gun washes per day. The Starter-01 is also perfect as an additional washing station for our combined units D-800 and SUMO. Who really wants to clean their clearcoat sprayers in the same wash as the filler sprayers? Of course, B-TEC makes no compromises when it comes to quality – the material, technology and cleaning system are exactly the same as those used in other B-TEC washers, adapted to a compact unit for wall mounting or, as an alternative, with a base. The Starter series includes two spray gun washers: the Starter-01 for automatic and manual cleaning, and the Starter-02 for manual cleaning only with a pump-driven flow-through brush and a manual clear-rinse nozzle.

Drum Washer Industry Vico’s drum washers/spiral washers are especially used to clean small parts that are produced in large quantities and in bulk.The materials poured into the inlet part of the spiralized drum are guided towards the outlet by means of spirals inside the drum. The drum rotates on its own axis according to the set rotation speed and sequentially (depending on the model) wash (degrease), rinse, passivate and dry the parts. Because these processes are continuous and sequential, all steps are completed quickly and efficiently in a single unit. Complete penetration is achieved in each section by pressurized spraying and immersion effects. It is a highly functional model used for washing bolts, nuts, washers and other small parts, as well as fittings, nipples, sleeves and coupling parts that are processed in large quantities on CNC and automatic machines.
