JOB SHOP center for metal sheet processing offers manufacturing of parts in cooperation:
- precise machining of steel and stainless sheets
- laser burning of parts, laser cutting of sheets and sections
- CNC bending of sheets, CNC chamfering of metals, precise chamfering of metals
- custom-made sheet cutting, sheet punching
- precise sheet sets according to the customer’s requirements
- vibrational tumbling of parts
- precise welding of metals, MIG/MAG/TIG welding
Laser cutting
Laser cutting of parts, profiles, and sheets. Maximum output 5 kW, table size 3000 x 1500 mm, thickness: 20 mm in the case of stainless steel, 20 mm in the case of black construction steel, and 10 mm in the case of aluminum. Laser cutting using TRUMPF and BYSTRONIC lasers. Laser burnout prepared to the order according to the supplied drawing documentation. Cutting of parts of thin sheets up to the thickness of 1.5 mm by the High speed method that, in combination with air as the cutting gas, makes possible to the customer to achieve financial savings up to 50 % (with respect to the type and thickness of the material and to the burnout shape). It is very advantageous for parts of construction steel that are assigned for further surface finishing. For parts without subsequent surface finishing or if cutting of maximum quality is required it is recommended to apply the classical method of oxygen cutting.
CNC bending, sheet and profiles chamfering
The company provides for chamfering, CNC bending of profiles and sheets on press brakes, construction solution of complicated multiple bending. Angle gauges are used in precise bending of parts, 5-axial stop makes it possible to bend arms that are not parallel with the bend axis. Technical parameters of bending: maximum force 170 t, maximum bending length 3 m, maximum material thickness for bending 12 mm, bending in air. CNC bending of complicated shapes with high precision of individual bending.
Welding
MIG/MAG welding, TIG welding of stainless steel, spot welding, manufacturing of weldments and welded constructions.
Locksmith works.
Supplementary services – locksmith works. Metal sheets shearing, drilling, boring, threading, riveting, vibrational tumbling of parts, resistance welding-on of fastening materials, assembly of subsets.
