The portfolio of our customers is continuously extended.
The manufacturing program is focused on the designing, supply, repairs, and reconstructions of technological equipment of thermal power plants. The company’s comprehensive services comprise manufacturing of pressure and non-pressure power-producing elements, including their transportation, installation and technical certification of services.
In the implementation of orders the newest technologies and materials are exploited, in close cooperation with the Department of thermomechanics of the Technical University in Liberec and with the company SVÚOM a. s. in Prague.
The company’s principal and related activities:
- reconstructions, modernization and repairs of the power plant, heating plant steam and hot-water boilers, overhauls and common repairs of boiler rooms and de-sulphurizing units
- manufacturing of pressure units and technological parts of classical stream and hot-water boilers, including boilers with the fluidized bed combustion
- comprehensive supplies of piping systems, including compensators
- manufacturing, workshops and erection-site assembly of steel constructions
- building of new technological units, exchangers and condensers
- manufacturing of de-sulphurizing units’ components
- custom-made engineering and production in small series
- designing of necessary technologies, including the project and design solution
- investment –and-engineering activities in power production industry
Special activities and assembly works:
- repairs and reconstructions of power plants
- block assembly and disassembly of boiler units
- repairs of damaged boiler bodies using up-to-date methods
- special welding works
- rectification and repairs of crane tracks
- pressure, destructive, non-destructive expert tests
- designing, reconstructions and computations for delimited pressure devices
- designing and construction-technological preparation of the manufacturing process for using the SOLID EDGE software
- repairs or replacements of pressure systems of the steam and hot-water boilers, i.e., evaporators, heaters, steam superheaters, chambers, distributors, drums, etc.
- repairs and replacements of steam and water pressure piping of all parameters, including the slag-removing piping
- replacement or exchange of pipe systems in heat exchangers
- repairs or replacements of coal-handling equipment, grates, conveyers, mills, drying shafts, powder ducts, burner boxes, hot air piping, flue ducts, boiler sheeting, boiler constructions, slag-remover crushers, etc.
