We have developed & produced innovation in every
field, from small semi-automatic to fully automated solutions.
Our Processes help reduce labour costs, deliver high
levels of performance, & ensure validation throughout the production process.
Our Innovative method measures colour, turbidity,
conductivity & pH in water samples, & uses trolleys holding 128 standard PET bottles which are pre-loaded & pushed into the system ready for analysis. After each sample the system flushes and empties the tubes to
avoid cross contamination between samples.
Our BOD & COD Systems use ergonomic, lightweight
strong vacuum formed racks holding 15 bottles, while our standard WTW BOD meters and probes can be modified to suit our customer requirements.
Our Systems use a tracked robot arm to pre-weigh &
post-weigh filter papers used in suspended solids analysis. Up to 200 papers can be loaded into the system at any one time in racks of 40.
We can produce test machines prior to full-scale
production of items such as toothpaste and cleaning solutions. These prototypes
offer flexibility and ease of use they guarantee careful analysis every step of the way.
Our patented powder pipette offers great accuracy, speed
and value for money. It is the ultimate lab assistant for efficient powder dispensing we have several hand-held versions available & also
semi-automatic additions.
Peerless-Systems have developed a number of systems, based on the fast & efficient X-Y standard unit, offering fast easy multi-rack handling for different analysis uses.
