1. COMPANY DESCRIPTION Company was created in 1992 by top qualified chemists, which have been dealing in the field of CWA protection for more than 25 years both in military and civil institutions. Shareholders are only of the Czech Republic nationality using exclusively Czech finance capital. A company philosophy has been always based on its own know-how mainly in the field of C.W.A. detection chemistry. Company codified under NCAGE 0004G and certified according to the ISO 9001:2000. Dealing in a manufacturing and supplying C.W.A. protection products ORITEST operates in a group of independent companies ORITEST-GROUP. Export is operated by the ORIMPEX Ltd, Prague a daughter ORITEST´s company. ORITEST is a member of the Czech NBC Team (www.nbcteam.cz) since 2004. The ORITEST GROUP offers own products in branches:• CWA Detection• CWA Decontamination• RIOT control• Export of all products under the Czech Republic License for the business with military material.
2. TYPICAL PRODUCTS. 2.1 DETEHIT NSN 6665 16 000 7850 – Nerve Agents Detection Strip for detection of all Nerve Agents in air, water and on surfaces. Biochemical reaction of acethylcholine-esterase with Nerve Agents is a principal of the detection. Enzymatic method used in DETEHIT is equipped by colour change reaction white - yellow, where white = DANGER and yellow = SAFE. Main competitors to DETEHIT: ANACHEMIA Canada with “NAVD” detection ticket Akers Krutbruk Sweden with “CWA detection ticket.”
Advantages of the ORITEST design: • High stability of enzyme on the cotton carrier based on own patented enzyme source and treatment– enables a long term testing of water (up to 20 min can be the strip dipped in water).• Flat design of the strip – enables easy and perfect wiping of surfaces to test them.• High sensitivity.• Possibility to reactivate the inhibited enzyme – a special deals in laboratories.
2.2 Liquid agents detection paper in both form: CALID-3 (adhesive backed) NSN 6665 16 000 7966, CALID-3P (plain paper without adhesive backing). Detection of G, H and V in only liquid form (L reacts similarly as H). The detector is in the form of booklet, number of sheets in a booklet mostly 12, or according to the requirement. Printing on the cover is always according to user request. 2.3 DETECTION TUBES. A wide choice of tubes covers all important known CWA. They can be used in hand and/or electrical pumps. Advantages:• Wide choice of tubes. No competitor has on a list of standard products such wide choice.• Shelf life 5 years for all tubes including the biochemical TT11. Competitors offer biochemical tubes with max 2 years shelf life.• Environmental friendly – no Hg and Os used for detection methods. Competitors follow in heavy the metals use.• Possible to use in most of known types of pumps (Czech, Dräger, MSA AUER, Yugoslavian, etc.).
2.4 DETECTION KITS. Different variants containing Tubes, Strips and Papers accompanied by accessories are available. Kits provided in a box or bag. 2.5 DECONTAMINATION. Decontamination solutions and mixtures are manufactured in the ORITEST-GROUP. Co-operating with a machinery company, spraying sets are available:OS-3, Sprayer, powered from 12/24V vehicle source.DP-2, Hand held apparatus; solution sparred by inert gas pressed (Ar).
