There is an increasing number of potential applications for trumpet-end springs and mounting aids for extension springs – a solution that we have been addressing for many years now. We produce our range of extension springs with German and British standard eyes with wire diameters of 0.25 mm to 4.00 mm. We can also produce special-purpose eyes and other eye forms as needed according to alternative specifications with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm.

We work very closely with you when it comes to producing torsion springs. Torsion springs are produced in accordance with your specifications based on drawings, prototypes or sketches. We manage the development process of the spring until it is ready for serial production. We produce torsion springs with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm, with or without torque testing.

Where necessary, we are pleased to assist you with processes ranging from dimensioning to verification to production. With the help of our specialist expertise, we will find the right solution for you together. We produce both single-turn and multi-turn designs with wavy and straight surfaces.
